  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will also be displayed during checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor its journey to your doorstep.
  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please reach out to us at support@katoneapparel.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
  • International Shipping: Unfortunately, we currently do not currently ship worldwide.
