Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to love your purchase! If it doesn’t work out for any reason, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and blemish-free merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@katoneapparel.com with your order details.

Returns:
For returns, the shipping cost for the return will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive and process your returned item(s), refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2–7 business days.

Exchanges:
For exchanges, customers are responsible for returning the item to us using the return label we provide. After the returned item is received and processed, we will provide a free shipping code for you to use on your next order to cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
